He arrived in Kuala Lumpur despite a film shooting injury just before starting to Malaysia.

A security guard asked him not to and the Bollywood actor was alleged to have lost his cool and foul mouthed the MCA officials who tried to cool him down. Later in the night, the MCA officials drove to Marine Drive Police Station and lodged a complaint against him. the Mumbai Cricket Association also wants a life ban against Shahrukh Khan at the stadium. IPL chairman Rajiv Shukla said that the ban is not final yet. Former Cricketer and BJP MP Kirti Azad also termed the incident disgraceful.
On 8 December 2015, Shah Rukh Khan said he is not targeted by the government after Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued summons to him over the alleged undervaluation of shares of his co-owned IPL cricket team, Kolkata Knight Riders. He said that the notice was issued in 2010 and that the legal case is being processed at its own speed.
