In April 2009, Rajnanth said BJP, RLD would emerge victorious in the 2009 Indian Parliamentary Elections.

He siad that the Mayawati-led Bahujan Samaj Party has no right to be in power as it could not provide security to the citizens.



Rajnath Singh asks the Muslim community to give BJP a chance in the next general elections. He said that the party is ready to apologize for any mistake or shortcoming in the past. Addressing a gathering of Muslims in New Delhi, he asked the community not to go by the propaganda spread by Congress. Feb 25, 2014
